Regional and northern Queensland Household & Residential Strata Insurance provider, Sure Insurance, today announced the completion of two key appointments to its senior leadership team across critical claims and strategic relationship management functions.
Insurance industry veteran Graham Dale has been appointed as Head of Claims, and Kahlee Ferguson to the newly created position of Strategy and Relationship Manager on Sure’s senior leadership team.
Bradley Heath, Managing Director of Sure Insurance said, “Graham brings an extraordinary level of experience to the role having previously held management positions with major insurers and building companies across Australia and New Zealand.”
“His national and international insurance industry management experience has included key senior claims management roles at RACQ – GM of Claims, IAG New Zealand – National Claims Manager, and Tower Insurance New Zealand – Manager Earthquake Recovery.”
“He has directly managed numerous major catastrophes and has an impressive proven track record across event and non-event claims management, and for delivering claims functions that have achieved best practice outcomes for policyholders,” said Mr Heath.
Kahlee Ferguson, a recognised insurance specialist, has joined Sure Insurance from Suncorp, where she held various management roles including Head of Customer Experience and Executive Manager, Disaster Response.
“In this new key management role, Kahlee will assist the Sure Leadership Team to drive organisational strategy and manage critical strategic relationships with Sure’s growing number of Binder providers and within Steadfast.”
“The new management appointments will bolster Sure’s ability to continue to drive rapid growth in both its Household and Residential Strata Insurance product lines.”

Graham and Kahlee will be based in the Sure Insurance Brisbane headquarters and lead specialist functional teams across regional Queensland.
